Borderlands cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend class…

 

  • Early cancellation (24+ hours before class): If you know you won’t make a class 24+ hours before it starts, you can transfer to another class on the schedule. You can do this within the members area of the website. If you have any issues, please contact us before the late cancellation policy takes effect. 

  • Late cancellation/not showing up (under 24 hours before class): We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. However, late cancellations or not showing up at all can prevent other students from booking a place in the class. Although this isn’t always the case, we cannot have different policies for each individual class. Therefore, we cannot offer a transfer if you cancel a class within 24 hours of the class start time.

 

If a class is cancelled…

 

  • We will always aim to give as much notice as possible when a class needs to be cancelled.

  • In the rare event that a class needs to be cancelled, all those booked into the class will be offered a transfer to the next class that is convenient for them. 

  • If multiple classes are cancelled within a month, every effort will be made to offer replacement classes to make up for lost sessions. In some circumstances, these may roll into other months.

 

If you want to cancel your membership…

 

  • Memberships can currently be paused or cancelled at any time. You can do this within your membership area on the Borderlands website. If you have any issues please reach out for assistance. 

  • Once a membership fee has been processed, no refund will be offered for that month, even if the membership has not been redeemed against any sessions.
