STORY

Welcome to Borderlands Grappling! Home of martial arts, grappling and BJJ in Ludlow.

We are an inclusive, friendly martial arts, BJJ and grappling club based in Ludlow, Shropshire. Our goal is to help get people into the sport of grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, supporting skill development, improving fitness and teaching self-defence.

All our classes are taught by our head instructor, Owain Williams, a seasoned grappler with over 15 years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 'under his belt', as well as top competition experience. Whether you are a grappling pro or a complete newbie, we welcome you to join us for a class.
