Our No Gi grappling programme offers students the opportunity to learn a range of techniques pulled from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, judo and more. You will find all the info you need about our no gi classes on this page.

What you need to know

Open to: All levels and genders [18+, or 15-17 by special arrangement]

Location: Benedict Court, Southern Ave, Leominster, HR6 0QF.

When: Every Monday 20:00 to 21:00 & every Wednesday 20:00 to 21:00

What you need: Water, a gumshield, gi and suitable sports wear [no hard zips or toggles].

Class limit: Classes are limited to just 20 students.

Cost: You can book classes 'pay-as-you-go' for £8 a session. Our membership packages average £5 a class and up.
