Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) programme offers students the opportunity to learn traditional BJJ in the gi and earn belts as they progress through their grappling journey. You will find all the information you need on our BJJ (gi) programme on this page.

What you need to know

Open to: All levels and genders (18+, or 15-17 by special arrangement)

Location: Benedict Court, Southern Ave, Leominster HR6 0QF

When: Every Monday 19:00 to 20:00 and every Friday 18:30 to 19:15

What you need: Water, a gumshield, gi and a belt.

Class limit: Classes are limited to just 20 students

Cost: Pay-as-you-go classes cost £8 per session. Opting for a membership can bring the average class cost down to less than £4.
