Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) programme offers students the opportunity to learn traditional BJJ in the gi and earn belts as they progress through their grappling journey. You will find all the information you need on our BJJ (gi) programme on this page.

What you need to know

Open to: All levels and genders (18+, or 15-17 by special arrangement)

Location: Cast Iron Culture, Burway Trading Estate, Ludlow, SY8 1EN.

When: Every Monday, 19:45 to 20:45

What you need: Water, a gumshield, gi and a belt.

Class limit: Classes are limited to just 12 students

Cost: Pay-as-you-go classes cost £8 a session. Opting for a membership can bring the average class cost down to £5.
