Join Borderlands for a grappling demo at Ludlow Women's & Community Centre open day

Borderlands Grappling will be giving a grappling demonstration at the Ludlow Women's & Community Centre open day on the 21st September 2024.

The open day offers Ludlow locals an opportunity to visit the centre and get a feel for what it has to offer. There will be demonstrations of several groups that use the venue including belly dancing, tai chi, Scottish dance and singing.

Borderlands will be attending to offer a demonstration of basic grappling and self defence techniques. This is ahead of a women's seminar that we will be running in the coming months, with all profits being donated to charity (keep any eye out for more news on that).

So, if you are able, please join us at Ludlow Women's and Community Centre, 8 Church Street, Ludlow SY8 1AP from 2PM.

Ludlow Women's Centre is a local charity and venue located in the heart of Ludlow, Shropshire. It is a hub of local life, offering the community an affordable venue to host many activities ranging from dancing and Tai Chi to Coffee Mornings and table top sales.
