Built for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike, our club welcomes adults, women, and juniors across Leominster and the surrounding Herefordshire area. Whether your goal is self-defence, functional conditioning, or mastering a technical skill, you'll find an inclusive community built for those willing to do the work.
